RuneTools is an independent Old School RuneScape (OSRS) toolkit. It brings live Grand Exchange prices, a damage-per-second calculator, a best-in-slot gear builder, a bestiary with full drop tables, a loot simulator, drop-rate tools, a player lookup and calculators for every skill together in one fast, no-login site.
What RuneTools does
The Grand Exchange pages track the live buy and sell price, post-tax flipping margin, ROI and daily volume of every tradeable item, with full price-history charts. The combat tools compute damage per second and the highest-DPS loadout against any monster using the exact in-game formulas. The bestiary lists each monster's combat stats, weakness and complete drop table, and the skilling calculators work out XP, actions and the live cost per XP for every training method.
Where the numbers come from
Live Grand Exchange prices come from the official OSRS Wiki real-time prices API, which aggregates live in-game trades. Combat stats, drop tables, equipment bonuses and skilling rates are sourced from the Old School RuneScape Wiki. Our DPS engine is validated against the wiki's own combat calculator so the damage, accuracy and max-hit figures match the game.
We also collect our own permanent daily buy/sell history, so item price charts keep growing past the one-year window the Wiki API exposes.
Accuracy and updates
Prices refresh continuously; every margin, ROI and profit figure already subtracts the 2% Grand Exchange sales tax, so the number shown is what you keep. Game data is refreshed after major OSRS updates. If you spot something wrong, we want to hear about it.
