How it is worked out
Quality q = 189 (59 mould score with all moulds + 130 metal score for 14 adamant + 14 rune), assuming a clean game with no mistakes. The metal score uses the wiki's alloy formula: each metal's value is 10 x tier x bars / 28, and the score is (10 x first + 10 x second + first x second) / 10, rounded down. Completion XP = (floor(q²/73) + floor(1.5q) + 1) × 30 = 23,190 XP, and reputation equals the final quality, 189 per sword. Reputation buys the Colossal blade (5,000), Smiths' tunic and trousers (4,000 each), gloves and boots (3,500 each) and Kovac's grog (300); the full set of unlocks costs 5,400. Rate assumes ~12 commissions per hour for this alloy tier (Jagex's estimate on the wiki), +20% for the Smiths' outfit.
